Jason C. DoylePrior to founding Doyle International, Jason spent 10 years working in various degrees of management and executive positions for Houston’s Restaurants and Bravo Development Inc. His professional experience also includes ownership in several other New Orleans restaurants. Jason travels internationally as a featured speaker on various topics from management and leadership to wine and beverage systems. Jason has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Jason resides in New Orleans and enjoys spending his free time with his son, Jacob.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve GingrichSteve is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in both Public and Private Accounting. Prior to joining Doyle International, Inc. he was the CFO for the longest running media nonprofit in the Southeastern US, based in New Orleans. He has over 12 years of diverse construction background including the East Coast Controller and Director of Business Development for the nation’s largest Demolition & Environmental Remediation company, headquartered in Chicago. Steve has served on public Planning & Zoning and on Code Enforcement Boards. Originally from Philadelphia, he graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University and he also holds a Florida Real Estate license.
Director of Development & Franchise Relations
John is a graduate of the Univeristy of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Marketing Management. He has previously owned and operated a chain of convenience stores, consulted on franchising projects and hosted syndicated radio shows on franchising and entrepreneurship. John has been with Doyle International since mid 2011, he oversees the development of new stores and manages the relationship of owners/investors. John is married with three kids and his main hobby is cooking in competitive bar-b-que contests.
Director of Special Projects

Tiffani Naccari was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned a Marketing degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and an Accounting degree from The University of New Orleans. Tiffani started with Doyle International in 2010 as the Assistant to the CEO, Jason Doyle. Tiffani now currently holds the position of Director of Special Projects. Some of the Special Projects include Human Resources, Legal Matters, and EB-5 sales. In her free time Tiffani enjoys following the Saints and spending time with family and friends.
Director of Marketing

Brittany Earle
Brittany joined Doyle International in June of 2011. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University where she was a member of the Professional Marketing Fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon. Before joining the Doyle International team, she gained marketing experience from another franchise organization based out of New Orleans. As the Director of Marketing, Brittany is responsible for the management of all marketing campaigns and collateral for corporate and franchised locations. She loves travelling, cooking, and following her two favorite football teams, the LSU Tigers and The Saints.
